Gerrard Corporation/Gerrard Companies is a small, family-owned business with extensive experience in real estate. Since 1954, we have been proud to call ourselves successful developers, contractors, real estate brokers, and managers. We build a variety of diverse projects including urban in-fill mixed-use projects, condominiums, multi-family communities including market-rate apartments, campus-convenient (student) apartments, and senior apartment communities. Our father began his career in this industry over 50 years ago and continues to guide us today.
We focus on quality, innovation, and providing enduring value—while practicing long-term thinking and honest business practices. We value partnerships, and consistently strive to collaborate with cities, non-profit entities, and federal, state, and local governments. Our goal is to create developments that are great places to live, work, and play.
